Katherine Baiocchi is a Multimedia Artist, Creative Director and Illustrator residing in Los Angeles and Chicago.

She’s been fascinated by the art of storytelling, beginning with Matilda—her favorite book! Much of Katherine's collage work involves abstract painting, photography, sketches, poetry, clay sculpture, and creating diorama sets.

Katherine says, "I believe the function of art is to reveal the radiance of life. Collages are great sources of the spirit drawn from experience. The stories I create speak to all of the life lessons I've learned along the way."

After being selected as a Scholastic® Gold Key winner, Katherine was gifted a scholarship to The Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, where she received a degree in Illustration and Communication Design.

Katherine currently works as Creative Director for Global Recruiters Network, a Forbes® Top 50 Executive Search Firm in Chicago, IL. Her goal is to maintain and build their brand through innovative storytelling and visual marketing while overseeing high-time consumption graphic and display work. In addition to graphics, Katherine and her team plan and produce a wide variety of conventions in the US and abroad for over 200 Global Recruiters Network offices.
